What is the cancellation policy?
We always want to take you at your reserved time but the weather doesn’t always allow it. If we cancel due to weather we will do everything we can to reschedule at a time that works for you. If not, you will receive a full refund wwithin 3-5 days.
No refund if cancelled at own will due to lost bookings on our part.
What do we do and what do you provide on the half-day trip?
Our ½ day trips are from 9 am – 1 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm. We provide drinking water, soda, light beer, mystery punch and sandwich wraps. We provide snorkeling gear and lessons if necessary. The adventure takes you to a snorkeling site, a sand bar if the tide allows, Iguana Island and to a shipwreck.

Whole day trps are from 9 am – 5 pm. We provide drinking water, soda, light beer, mystery punch and sandwich wraps. We provide snorkeling gear and lessons if necessary. The adventure takes you to a snorkeling site, a sand bar if the tide allows, Iguana Island, to a shipwreck and an additional site/activity.
For the whole-day fishing trip, we take you to a private island to grill your catch.
What if I have never snorkeled before?
No worries! We will take the time to teach you to snorkel and get comfortable in your snorkeling experience. A guide will be in the water with you to ensure you are safe and have fun.
What do I need to bring on my trip?
We recommend you bring reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, a beach towel, and wear your bathing suit. Don’t forget cash for tipping your amazing crew!

Ron's Mystery Tours has the best crew: they are hard-working, pleasant and eager to please. If you have a request or need anything, just ask. Gratuity is not included in your charter price and if you feel they have done a great job, 20% is the recommended rate.
