West Caicos is part of the TCI chain and is located southwest of Providenciales. It is about 11 square miles in size and has been uninhabited for over a century.
West Caicos is known its sisal plantation which was a major crop of the TCI. On the island are ruins of the Yankee Town, and a railroad which still exists up to this day.
